I have found a dupe for Urban Decay's Perversion!!! :)
In my opinion these two eyeliners are identical! I'm talking about UD's Perversion and Milani's Liquif'eye in 01 Black. Right now I think Perversion is only available on UD's website for $18. I haven't seen them at Ulta or Sephora. OK so when I got Perversion I looked at it closer and noticed that it looked so much like the Milani liner ($6.49 at Target) that I had sitting in my vanity without use. I busted it out and swatched them and to my surprise they glided on so smooth and the color was identical. I wore one on each eye to see if the lasting power was the same and sure enough, it was.
If your in the market for a new super black eyeliner I recommend the Milani liner. It's the exact same as UD's Perversion but you'll save some money :) Perfect for someone on a budget!
